Ladders is seeking a (Senior) Medical Science Liaison for North Central (US) to serve as a regional scientific expert in oncology, collaborating with sales and internal teams. This field-based role involves advancing education, staying current on research, and engaging healthcare professionals across OH, Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati.

The candidate will travel up to 50%, work remotely in the US, and support medical objectives with a focus on genomic testing and molecular oncology

Qualifications

• Molecular oncology and cancer biology knowledge is required.
• Experience engaging healthcare professionals and presenting complex data.
• Established relationships with regional KOLs are preferred.
• Knowledge of genomic laboratory testing and related regulations is beneficial.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to train others.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to cover the North Central region.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and educational objectives as a regional scientific expert in oncology assays.
• Facilitate education for healthcare providers through presentations and scientific discussions.
• Provide scientific education for internal teams in collaboration with Learning & Development.
• Attend and summarize key scientific meetings and conferences.
• Share market intelligence and updates on medical and scientific knowledge with stakeholders.
