Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health science or clinical discipline; doctorate preferred.
• Senior MSL I: 2–3 years of MSL experience; MSL: 0–2 years.
• Able to translate territory needs to support business and clinical objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain professional relationships with thought leaders, centers, and researchers.
• Present scientific information to healthcare professionals across the lifecycle.
• Support research initiatives and external collaborations including investigator meetings.
• Prepare marketplace awareness in new therapeutic areas for AbbVie.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and commercial partners as needed.
• Serve as a medical/scientific resource to healthcare providers and answer questions.
• Provide ongoing training to medical affairs and field personnel.
• Apply strategic segmentation and optimize resource use.
• Ensure compliance with policies and manage expenses within budget.
