Job summary

Servier is seeking an Associate Director, Small Molecule Drug Substance MSAT on a full-time remote basis, preferably based on the East Coast of the United States. The role focuses on technical leadership for commercial small molecule drug substances, spanning internal Servier sites and CMOs, with emphasis on process robustness, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle management.

The candidate will drive tech transfers, risk assessment, and continuous improvement, ensuring safe handling of HPAPIs

Qualifications

• Experience in lifecycle management across late-stage clinical and commercial programs.
• Ability to lead or support tech transfers and regulatory documentation.
• Experience with deviation investigations and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of small molecule drug substance processes at Servier sites and CMOs.
• Assess process robustness and control strategy to manage impurities, yield, and downstream performance.
• Lead deviations investigations and implement effective CAPAs.
• Ensure containment and safety for highly potent payloads in collaboration with Quality and EHS.
• Define transfer strategies and ensure readiness across transfer partners.
• Drive lifecycle improvements for robustness, impurity control, yield, and supply reliability.
