Job summary

Novartis in Morrisville, NC is seeking an Associate Director - Site MS&T Head for Small Molecule Drug Substance to lead manufacturing science and technology at our global pharmaceutical site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with small molecule APIs/drug substances preferred.
• Leadership in technical teams with knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.

• Desirable experience includes formulation, process development, and working across multiple health authorities.

Work setup is on-site in Morrisville, NC, with no explicit travel expected.
