• Minimum 5 years in process development, manufacturing, engineering, or similar technical role.
• 8–12 years preferred; strong knowledge of GxP and GMP regulations.

• Lead design and support scale-up and tech transfer activities for materials.
• Troubleshoot process/equipment issues and drive CAPAs and deviations.
• Coordinate supplier change assessments and regulatory documentation (CTD).
