Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Procurement Senior Manager (MRO Services) to lead NA manufacturing line services procurement, overseeing a $220M spend. You will drive global-standard contracts, collaborate with North America teams, and optimize supplier relationships and tail spend for efficiency and value.

Based in the U.S. and siting at PepsiCo hubs, you will shape sourcing strategies, manage cross-functional programs, and deliver measurable productivity gains while navigating a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management and/or Business.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience with strong contract management and negotiation skills.
• Experience sourcing MRO services in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Proven ability to collaborate across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP analysis, contract negotiation, and legal contract creation for NA.
• Establish technician capabilities, labor rates, and TCO framework in contracts for manufacturing line services based on global standards.
• Develop tactics for AOP and long-term pipeline to deliver 4% YoY productivity.
• Supplier relationship management with segmentation across service offerings and innovation opportunities.
• Prioritize NA spare parts tailspend analysis and roadmap to expand whitespace spend.
• Take escalation for day-to-day executional issues to line management.
• Communicate complex internal or external challenges to drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Interface with LG1+ Sector Manufacturing Leaders.
