Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience with strong contract management and negotiation skills.
• Experience sourcing MRO, manufacturing services, facilities services, or other indirect service categories within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix organization across regions and functions.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills; able to drive strategy and execution.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP Analysis, Contract Negotiation & Legal Contract Creation for NA.
• Establish technician capabilities, labor rates and TCO framework in contracts.
• Develop tactics for AOP and long‑term pipeline to deliver 4% YoY productivity.
• Manage supplier relationships across service offerings and enable remote vs onsite support.
• Prioritize tail-spend analysis and expand whitespace spend with regional centers.
• Escalate risks and communicate complex business challenges to stakeholders.
