Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Procurement Senior Manager (MRO Services) to lead NA manufacturing line services procurement, overseeing approximately $220 million in spend. The role partners with NA Supply Chain and Maintenance teams to define service requirements and deliver value, while coordinating with Global Capital Procurement to harmonize OEM and non‑OEM relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience with strong contract management and negotiation.
• Experience sourcing MRO or indirect services in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix organization across regions and functions.
• Strong analytical skills and capability to drive strategy and execution.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP analysis, contract negotiation & legal contract creation for NA.
• Establish technician capabilities, labor rates, line efficiency requirements and Total Cost of Ownership framework in contracts for manufacturing line services.
• Develop and enable implementation of tactics for AOP and long-term pipeline to deliver 4% YoY productivity.
• Supplier relationship management with segmentation across service offerings and innovation opportunities.
• Prioritize NA spare parts tail-spend analysis and develop a roadmap to expand whitespace spend.
• Take day-to-day decisions, identify risks and escalate challenges to line management.
• Communicate complex internal or external business challenges to drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Interface with LG1+ Sector Manufacturing Leaders.
