Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Global Procurement Senior Analyst in the New York area to support fleet sourcing strategies for parts and services. You will work with Fleet COEs, sector procurement leaders, and operations to translate category strategies into cost, service, and reliability outcomes.

The role emphasizes analytics, market insights, and recommendations to influence sourcing decisions, contract execution, and continuous improvements across categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fleet, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Working knowledge of fleet operations and supporting supply chain processes preferred.
• Proven ability to influence peers and stakeholders through data, collaboration, and strong execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting analyses and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined sourcing events, negotiations, and contract implementations.
• Partner with procurement and operations stakeholders to ensure contracts align with business requirements.
• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and monitor KPIs with corrective action as needed.
• Support supply assurance activities by monitoring availability and mitigating risks.
• Deliver productivity targets through cost reduction actions and value delivery.
