Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support (BLS/ALS).
• ARRT‑MR or ARMRIT certification.
• Ability to lift and move patients safely with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures, prepare patients, explain the procedure, and position for imaging.
• Enter and monitor patient data.
• Perform quality assurance on MRI equipment.
• Assist with accreditation applications (ACR and others).
• Identify and report accidents or equipment malfunctions to management.
• Take emergency call within the department.
• Ensure safe, compassionate, and compliant patient care within budget and service standards.
• Mentor and precept staff to support professional growth.
