Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC is seeking a Junior Supply Policy Analyst to support SOCPAC under the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services task order. The role focuses on examining compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing licenses and permits, and assisting with audits and reporting.

You will help analyze supply chain policies, coordinate procurement, monitor contractor performance, and prepare leadership updates on compliance notes and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 0–3 years of logistics or policy analysis experience.
• Familiarity with government logistics processes and audits/reviews.
• Exposure to ERP or government logistics systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance reviews by assessing licenses, permits, and contract criteria per laws and policies.
• Assist in monitoring contractor performance, documenting observations, and reporting concerns.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and documentation reviews to verify compliance with FAR.

We are seeking a Junior Supply Policy Analyst with immediate availability to support the Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) under the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) Task Order. This position is responsible for examining, evaluating, and investigating compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing contract compliance, licenses, and permits. The analyst will also perform compliance and enforcement inspections, analysis activities, and provide recommendations to enhance logistics and sustainment operations in expeditionary and contested environments.

This position supports SOCPAC’s mission by addressing critical logistical gaps in expeditionary and contested environments, enabling the agility, responsiveness, and resilience required to sustain combat power across the USINDOPACOM AOR. It offers a unique opportunity to directly contribute to mission‑critical logistics and sustainment operations throughout the Pacific.

Responsibilities:

Compliance and Regulatory Analysis

• Support compliance reviews by helping assess licenses, permits, and contract criteria in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Assist in monitoring contractor performance, documenting observations, and reporting compliance concerns to senior analysts.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and documentation reviews to verify completeness, accuracy, and alignment with standards such as FAR and command‑specific requirements.

Supply Policy Analysis

• Assist with reviewing and evaluating supply chain policies and procedures to identify basic gaps or inefficiencies and support improvements.
• Help coordinate logistics and sustainment activities, including procurement support and tracking delivery of mission‑critical supplies.
• Participate in assessing the effectiveness of logistics and supply frameworks and recommending updates to improve operational performance and responsiveness.

Contract Compliance

• Help monitor contractor execution and verify adherence to all Task Order requirements.
• Assist with conducting post‑mission reviews to evaluate logistics performance and confirm compliance with contractual obligations.

Inspection and Reporting

• Contribute to inspections of deliverables—reports, systems, data, and documentation—under guidance from senior team members.
• Prepare draft reports, updates, and summaries for leadership review, including compliance notes and basic risk considerations.

Operational Support

• Provide administrative and analytical support to cross‑functional teams to ensure logistics policies and procedures align with command priorities.
• Help coordinate and facilitate procurement and timely delivery of mission‑critical supplies such as fuel, medical equipment, and food.

Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship required; must possess a Secret clearance.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, inventory management, compliance, or policy analysis.
• Familiarity with government or defense logistics processes.
• Basic understanding of audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews, with willingness to learn FAR and government compliance standards.
• Exposure to ERP or government logistics systems (e.g., GCSS‑Army, DPAS, or similar platforms) is a plus.

• Clear, concise communication skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow established procedures.
• Interest in developing expertise in compliance, supply policy, and expeditionary or contested‑environment logistics.

• Professional certifications (CSCP or similar) are beneficial but not required.
