Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of JTDC facilities to ensure full functionality, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage maintenance, repair, and upgrades of buildings, warehouses, and surrounding areas supporting operations.
• Direct all building systems programs, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life-safety infrastructure.
• Manage facilities budgets, including cost forecasting and operational spending controls.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Conduct strategic planning for space utilization, long-term maintenance, capital improvements, and workplace strategy initiatives.
• Develop scalable facility operations plans to support mission requirements and surge conditions.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and stakeholders to align facility support with operational objectives and replenishment schedules.
• Ensure facilities are optimized for receiving, staging, and distributing cargo and materiel.
• Support synchronization of theater movement control and transportation assets to enable efficient logistics operations.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. Government regulations, theater directives, and host-nation requirements for safety, accessibility, and environmental standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to facility operations.
• Manage workplace health, safety, and security programs.
• Lead and develop the facilities workforce, ensuring training, certifications, and qualifications are maintained.
• Oversee performance management and contract administration for personnel, vendors, and contractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, providing timely updates and operational solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of facility operations, including inventory, maintenance schedules, and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports to Government stakeholders on facility readiness and operational effectiveness.

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager with immediate availability that will thrive in a challenging and rewarding process-oriented environment. The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the operations and functionalities of facilities, warehouses, and surrounding areas in support of Joint Theater Distribution Centers (JTDCs) across the Pacific region. This role ensures the efficient and secure operation of facilities to enable end-to-end distribution, materiel management, and logistics synchronization across the USINDOPACOM AOR. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management, logistics, and operational planning, with a proven ability to manage complex projects in contested and operationally constrained environments.

• Available salary ranges for these positions are dependent on position location, and based on the candidate's education, experience, and qualifications. Salary ranges for each location are below:

• Guam - $129,195 - $163,647

Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship required; must possess a Secret clearance.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Facilities Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, logistics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing operations in support of large-scale logistics or distribution centers, preferably in military or government environments.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience supporting Distribution Centers or similar logistics operations.
• Experience working in or with countries within the USINDOPACOM AOR is highly desirable.
• Good organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
