CARING TRANSITIONS in Snohomish County is looking for a Senior Transitions Specialist to assist seniors with downsizing, decluttering, and move management in Mill Creek, WA, and nearby neighborhoods. The role emphasizes hands-on, independent work with a friendly team; shifts are typically 9am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with local travel as needed.

Candidates should excel in customer service, be comfortable using everyday tech, and be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds while keeping safety

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
Teachable, focused and self-motivated.
Proactive by nature - always anticipating what the project needs.
Comfortable with everyday tech - iPhone, Mac, Google, and photo/note apps.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Professional attitude and demeanor.
Experience in general labor or warehouse helpful.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Comfortable in a fast paced environment.
Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Greets clients with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issues.
Operates cash register or point of sale devices as needed.
Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
Communicates in a positive manner with clients, peers and Managers.
Provides exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack/unpack and stage/resettle client household items.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
