Caring Transitions of Central San Francisco is hiring part-time Senior Downsizing Specialists to support projects throughout San Francisco, the East Bay, Marin, and the Peninsula. This role is best suited for someone seeking supplemental income and flexible, project-based work with no guaranteed hours.

We offer $22 per hour (W-2), on-site work, and mileage reimbursement between job sites. You will assist seniors, organize items, photograph and catalog for online estate sales, and help prepare

Qualifications

• Must show compassion and patience when working with seniors and families.
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with light physical labor and varied environments.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors and families with downsizing and relocation projects.
• Sort, organize, pack, and prepare items for donation, recycling, or resale.
• Photograph and catalog items for online estate sales.
• Help prepare homes for estate sales and assist during pickup days.
• Lift and carry boxes up to 30 lbs, including stairs and standing for extended periods.
• Follow safety guidelines and company best practices.
