Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Robotics, Control, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of software development experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, or robotics, with focus on large-scale data and real-time systems.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ with solid software engineering principles.
• Proven track record delivering ADAS/AD features through full production lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with embedded platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Xavier/Orin, Infineon Aurix).
• Demonstrated ability to build reliable production-grade systems and performance-optimized models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize motion planning algorithms for auto-parking and low-speed autonomy.
• Improve local planners to generate control-friendly trajectories.
• Refactor planning stack architecture for maintainability and scalability.
• Optimize CPU usage and explore parallel/GPU acceleration opportunities.
• Validate solutions using simulations and vehicle logs across scenarios.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain thorough documentation.
