Qualifications

• MS or Ph.D. in Robotics, Control, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of software development experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, or robotics.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ with solid understanding of software engineering design principles.
• Experience with embedded platforms (NVIDIA Xavier/Orin, Infineon Aurix).
• Proven production deployment of ADAS/AD features and in-vehicle deployment.

Responsibilities

• Motion Planning & Trajectory Optimization development and enhancement for low-speed scenarios.
• System Architecture & Performance Optimization to scale planning and improve CPU/GPU usage.
• Debugging, Validation, and Production Integration for real-world issues and tests.
• Research, Prototyping, and Innovation in planning approaches, including ML-based methods.
• Cross-Team Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer with Jira-tracked projects and documentation.
