Job summary

You will craft engaging visual narratives for in-branch experiences, sponsorships, social campaigns, and executive videos, collaborating across teams to deliver strategy-first outcomes. The role demands agency-level motion proficiency, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to shepherd work from concept through final production in a fast-paced in-house

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, video editing, or multimedia production.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, storytelling, and video editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder).
• Experience creating content for digital, social, sponsorship, experiential, and enterprise channels.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and captioning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead motion design and video storytelling for brand, campaigns, and channels.
• Direct post-production workflows including editing, color, sound, and delivery.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and video treatments aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with creative directors, writers, designers, and stakeholders on projects.
• Ensure assets meet quality, accessibility, and brand standards.
