You will lead projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, managing on-set shoots, lighting, audio, and post-production to maintain brand tone and speed. The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of videography and editing experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling, shooting, and editing.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation workflows.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Drone operation license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content across formats.
• Lead on-set production including lighting, audio, and camera direction.
• Edit video with pacing, storytelling, and brand tone.
• Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.
• Ensure content is platform-optimized for social, web, and paid media.
• Own projects end-to-end from pre-production through delivery.
