Silverback Strategies is a performance marketing agency seeking a Senior Performance Creative to translate strategy into standout visuals for paid social. You will produce static and motion content, ensuring on-brand work across varied formats while navigating regulated review cycles.

The role emphasizes fast, collaborative production with a Creative Strategist, strong attention to detail, and the ability to push creative into new territory within brand guardrails.

Formación

• 5+ years in hands-on creative production with paid social experience.
• Portfolio shows static design and video/motion editing for paid social.
• Experience translating brand guidelines into new creative applications.
• Experience in regulated industries is a strong plus.
• Experience in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategy into visuals with the Creative Strategist, turning briefs into concepts and assets.
• Produce static and video content for paid social at a high craft level.
• Interpret brand guidance to create on-brand assets across contexts.
• Navigate regulated review cycles to minimize revisions while preserving quality.
• Push brands into new creative territory within brand-safety guardrails.
• Select and edit raw footage to finished assets without on-set direction.
• Own asset quality and fast turnaround with minimal internal revisions.
• Maintain visual consistency across a high volume of ad variations.
