Job summary

Silverback Strategies is seeking a senior Creative Producer to partner with the Creative Strategist, turning research briefs into visual concepts and finished assets for paid social campaigns.

You will produce statics and short-form video/motion content at a high craft level, maintain brand consistency across a high volume of ad variations, and help scale creative across multiple platforms while elevating the agency's creative output.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hands-on creative production with paid social experience.
• Expert-level Figma and strong After Effects proficiency, plus Adobe Creative Suite knowledge.
• Portfolio showing range across static design and video/motion editing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Creative Strategist to turn research and briefs into visual concepts and finished assets.
• Produce both statics and short-form video/motion content for paid social at a high craft level.
• Keep creative consistent and on-brand across a high volume of ad variations and platforms.
