Job summary

Jellyfish is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead motion design for world‑class brands amidst a major reinvention. You’ll drive craft across projects, work hands‑on in Figma and After Effects, and bring AI tools into your workflow.

You’ll collaborate with teams in the US, UK, and Mexico, influence branding and design direction, and mentor more junior designers in a dynamic, international agency environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a motion design role at top advertising agency or design studio.
• Proven track record of high-craft client work.
• Experience using AI in creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Motion Design craft across projects, including AI-forward work.
• Lead design and motion across global brands and major reinventions.
• Collaborate with US/UK/Mexico teams and mentor juniors.
• Hands-on work in Figma and After Effects; advocate for brand movement.
