The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in graphic design and motion graphics, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an agency or similar.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong motion design portfolio showcasing work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop visual concepts.
• Produce animations for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure all motion designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement new techniques.
• Collaborate with the Creative/Art Director on creative direction and lead direction conversations.
• Provide coaching to junior designers on the team.
