Silverback Strategies in the United States seeks a senior Creative Producer/Art Director with hands-on production and paid social experience to translate strategy into visuals and deliver polished assets. Qualifications

• 5+ years in a hands-on creative production role — Art Director, Senior Designer, Creative Producer, or similar — with dedicated performance/paid social experience.
• A portfolio that shows range across both static design and video/motion editing, ideally for paid social specifically.
• Experience working within brand guidelines of varying depth and translating them into new creative applications.
• Experience in regulated or highly regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance, legal, or similar) is a strong plus, given our client base.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and layered approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into visuals: work with the Creative Strategist to convert research and briefs into visual concepts, storyboards, and finished assets.
• Produce both statics and video: design static ads and edit short-form video for paid social at a high craft level.
• Interpret brand guidance across various briefs, producing on-brand creative in diverse contexts.
• Navigate regulated-industry review cycles: anticipate compliance and legal scrutiny to minimize revisions.
• Push brands into new creative territory: identify opportunities to evolve brand expression for growth while staying within guardrails.
• Select and edit raw footage/imagery: review shoots, cut and crop to finish assets without on-set direction.
• Own asset quality and turnaround: deliver client-ready work with minimal revision cycles.
• Maintain visual consistency at scale across a high volume of ad variations.
