Confidential Careers seeks a Freelance Senior Designer with strong typography and motion skills to design and animate a wide range of sales enablement work, including pitch decks and sizzle reels. The role also includes live-action edits and storyboarding, with opportunities to present to clients and collaborate with vendors and in-house creatives.

You will lead creative from concept through final delivery, producing motion for social, video, interactive, and web.

Formación

• 5-8+ years of agency experience with motion production and strong static design.
• Proven experience delivering motion/video content for real client work.
• Proficiency with AI tools to generate high fidelity images/graphics.
• Hands-on with AI creative tools and willingness to learn as they evolve.
• Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro, Figma, and Adobe CS.

Responsabilidades

• Own creative from concept to final delivery across brand, digital, social, and campaigns.
• Produce motion work end to end from storyboards to editing and final export.
• Create motion for social, video, interactive, and web with purposeful intent.
• Set design direction to elevate brand identity, bold when needed.
• Collaborate with strategy, copy, and account teams.
• Present ideas clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Use AI design tools to speed ideation without sacrificing craft.
