Azyy Studio, a fully remote, full-service design and consulting agency, is seeking a Motion Designer to elevate branding, websites, digital products, and advertising. The role emphasizes craft, timing, pacing, and storytelling, partnering with senior designers from concept through delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in motion design, a strong reel across brand, digital, and social, and deep knowledge of After Effects and the Adobe Suite.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in motion design, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
• A strong reel showing range across brand, digital, and social work is required.
• Proficiency with After Effects and the Adobe Suite is essential.
• Familiarity with Lottie, Rive, Cavalry is a plus; strong handoff to design tools is expected.

Responsabilités

• Lead motion work end to end across UI animation, brand films, social, web interactions, and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with designers to shape motion across projects, from concept to delivery.
• Build motion guidelines and animation systems for consistent brand movement.
• Ensure animations ship cleanly into live environments with production-ready exports.
• Present motion concepts and justify timing, pacing, and direction to clients.
