Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to create motion-driven visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, digital channels, sponsorships, and executive presentations. The role blends design sensibility, storytelling, and advanced motion capabilities to translate complex ideas into engaging visuals.

You will partner with the Creative Director to define standards and elevate motion across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics within enterprise marketing teams or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, storytelling, and brand application.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Motion Design & Storytelling: Produce high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, animation, and video content.
• Brand Motion Systems: Establish motion design standards and scalable templates for brand consistency.
• Technical Execution: Create graphics with advanced animation, compositing, VFX, and rendering across digital/social/presentation formats.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creatives, copywriters, marketers, and agencies to deliver cohesive work.
• Mentorship & Innovation: Share expertise and stay current on motion trends, tools, and workflows.
