Moris Media is currently hiring for Senior Motion Designer in Wilmington; this job may require you. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bring extensive expertise in interactive, video, and motion graphics design, leveraging 3-10 years of experience to drive our creative projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the end-to-end motion design and video production process, including VFX, live action integration, camera tracking, and 3D compositing.

As a Senior Motion Designer, you will be pivotal in crafting visually compelling content that aligns with our clients’ brands and objectives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Core Responsibilities:

1. Expert Technical Execution: Ensure meticulous execution of motion design projects with a keen eye for detail, organizational prowess, and creative problem-solving skills. Navigate the entire Motion Design and Video Production process with a clear understanding from conceptualization to final completion.
2. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of industry processes and workflows, including but not limited to VFX, live-action integration, camera and object tracking, rotoscoping, and 3D compositing. Leverage your experience in animating computer and/or mobile UI to enhance the visual appeal of our projects.
3. 3D Rendering and Compositing: Utilize your expertise in compositing 3D render passes, with a preference for experience in consumer electronics. Ensure a seamless integration of visual elements to produce high-quality, visually striking motion designs that meet and exceed client expectations.
4. Software Mastery: Showcase a strong command of industry-standard tools such as After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite's latest releases. Bonus points for proficiency in Cinema 4D.
5. Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their brand identity, messaging objectives, and desired visual aesthetics.
6. Creative Brief Interpretation: Translate client briefs into actionable creative concepts, ensuring alignment with the client's vision and goals.
7. Feedback Integration: Actively solicit and incorporate client feedback at various stages of the design process, fostering a collaborative and iterative approach to project development.
8. Timeline Management: Collaborate with the project management team to set realistic timelines for client deliverables, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
