Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates seeks a talented Motion Graphics Animator to shape the visual identity across web, mobile, and digital platforms. You will craft scalable motion systems and translate brand concepts into engaging motion experiences.

This remote, full-time role covers design system development, asset refresh, and production of videos and campaigns, collaborating with Brand, Product, UX, and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in motion graphics, animation, or related field.
• Strong portfolio of motion design and digital storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Creative Suite.
• Experience creating motion graphics for web, apps, and digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of animation principles and timing.
• Experience creating storyboards and production-ready assets.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Motion Design System Development: Establish, define, and document official motion design principles, animation standards, transitions, and interaction behaviors for a rebranded visual identity.
• Brand Asset Refresh and Enhancement: Refresh and modernize existing brand assets, templates, animations, and graphic elements to align with the updated visual identity.
• Motion Graphics Content Creation: Concept, storyboard, design, and produce original motion graphics content to support brand launches, marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and ongoing communications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Brand, Product Design, UX, Marketing, and Digital Experience teams and present concepts to stakeholders.
