Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage integration and related tech.
• Deep understanding of mortgage origination, servicing, and secondary market operations.
• Knowledge of integration concepts, digital product delivery, and partner enablement strategies.
• Understanding of MISMO standards development and maintenance.
• Ability to independently manage complex relationships and influence decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate and communicate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
• Proven project leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and consensus-building skills.
• Identify strategic opportunities aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engages with mortgage technology providers to advance integration objectives.
• Facilitates partner onboarding and coordination of integration initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing to contribute to the go-to-market plan for new B2B API solutions and enhancements.
• Conducts research to support roadmap prioritization, integration, and customer experience improvements.
• Coordinates with technology providers to adopt integration strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identifies and resolves operational, technical, and relationship issues with stakeholders.
• Attends industry conferences, customer meetings, and partner events to strengthen relationships.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
