RESPONSIBILITIES****Enterprise Technology & Business Strategy*** Partner with the CIO and business executives to define and execute technology strategies that directly support MGIC's business objectives, growth initiatives, operational priorities, and customer experience goals.* Translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, and product portfolios that deliver measurable business value.* Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership regarding technology opportunities, risks, modernization strategies, architecture decisions, and emerging technologies.* Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and modernization efforts across customer-facing and internal platforms.**Software Engineering Leadership*** Lead all software engineering teams responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, support, and lifecycle management of MGIC applications and digital products.* Establish engineering standards, architecture principles, DevOps practices, quality controls, and delivery methodologies that improve speed, reliability, scalability, and security.* Drive adoption of modern engineering capabilities including cloud-native platforms, automation, APIs, data services, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous delivery practices.* Ensure engineering teams effectively balance innovation, technical debt reduction, resiliency,
