You will partner with executives to align integration initiatives with long-term business goals and surface critical architectural decisions.

The role requires guiding an organization toward future-oriented, scalable integration solutions and acting as an advisor on architectural direction to gain consensus.

Qualifications

Seven+ years in integration strategy, architecture, and/or development with leadership experience.
Proven ability to define enterprise integration strategy, frameworks, and governance.
Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments, API and data standards.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise-wide integration strategy and governance.
Lead API and data interoperability vision aligning with compliance.
Influence tool selection and enterprise adoption of integration tools.
Drive change management and organizational readiness for integration initiatives.
Represent Guild Mortgage in external integration and technology forums.
