Job summary

Pennymac, a leading mortgage lender, is seeking a Senior Servicing Transfer Specialist in the Carrollton area to lead complex servicing transfer activities from end to end.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate transfers, manage data integrity, and support ongoing MSR client relationships. The role requires deep knowledge of servicing processes and regulatory contracts, with a focus on risk mitigation and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Bachelor degree in business, finance or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with mortgage servicing software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage servicing transfer oversight for complex bulk acquisitions and service releases.
• Provide expert guidance to internal and external partners to ensure efficient transactions.
• Review customer communications for transfer timelines and collaborate with management for review and approval.
• Help develop and maintain tools to effectively manage events critical to a successful transaction.
• Analyze data integrity reports to identify necessary line of business actions and address exceptions.
• Assist with ongoing MSR client relationships by ensuring all rep and warranty claims are submitted on time.
• Escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner.
• Manage assigned Servicing Transfers, including Acquisitions and Service Releases end-to-end.
• Perform other related duties as required and aligned with company values.
