We seek a Senior Servicing Transfer Specialist to manage complex servicing transfers, oversee acquisitions and service releases, and collaborate with internal and external teams to mitigate risk and ensure accurate transfers.

The role requires deep knowledge of servicing processes, regulations, and contracts, with a focus on data integrity and timely execution.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing.
• Bachelor degree in business, finance or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Adept at analyzing complex situations and identifying effective solutions.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead servicing transfer oversight for bulk acquisitions and service releases.
• Provide oversight to internal and external partners to ensure efficient transactions.
• Review customer communications for alignment with timelines and approvals.
• Develop and maintain tools to manage critical events in transactions.
• Analyze data integrity reports and address exceptions with relevant units.
• Assist with MSR client relationship and claims submission.
• Escalate critical issues to management promptly.
• End-to-end management of assigned servicing transfers.
