A 5+ year background in mortgage servicing and a Bachelor’s in business or finance are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage servicing transfer oversight for complex bulk acquisitions and service release transactions.
• Provide expert-level oversight and guidance to internal and external partners for efficient execution of transactions.
• Review customer communications for alignment with transfer timelines and collaborate with management for review and approval.
• Help develop and maintain tools to effectively manage events critical to a successful transaction.
• Analyze data integrity reports to identify necessary actions and address exceptions.
• Assist with MSR client relationships by ensuring rep and warranty claims are submitted on time and accurately.
• Escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner.
• Manage assigned Servicing Transfers end-to-end including Acquisitions and Service Releases.
• Perform other related duties and demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values.
