• Familiarity with risk and regulatory standards and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority projects impacting three or more business areas from initiation to close.
• Develop Project Plan, forecast and schedule; document detailed requirements and constraints.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, and change controls with stakeholders.
• Communicate project plans and expectations to all parties; ensure alignment.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions and risks.
• Mentor and motivate the project team to improve performance and cooperation.
