A mortgage financial services company is seeking a Senior Processor who will manage a pipeline of mortgage loans and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of mortgage processing experience and strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of mortgage processing experience with various investors.
• Knowledge of Regulation B compliance.
• Experience navigating agency guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manages a pipeline of mortgage loans.
• Maintains high level of customer service by proactive communication.
• Understands compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Submits completed loan package to Underwriter for review.
