Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Monitor and maintain an application pipeline.
• Verify income, assets, and credit documentation.
• Submit files to underwriting via LOS.
• Resolve underwriting conditions with stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced Mortgage Loan Processors.
