Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage documents and investor guidelines.
• Familiarity with LOS systems (e.g., Encompass).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process complex loan packages and mentor junior staff.
• Respond to investor suspense items and cure deficiencies.
• Prepare for investor audits and respond to findings.
• Scan and index mortgage closing documents for retention.
• Organize documents per investor and Fulton requirements.
• Deliver mortgage files to investors per commitments and deadlines.
