Responsibilities

• Evaluates loan products to meet customer needs and financial circumstances.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, builders and new home sales representatives.
• Markets and promotes PrimeLending’s financial products.
• Originators are expected to meet minimum production standards by processing complete loan applications.
• Monitors loan status and coordinates the loan process through closing.
