Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) Inc. in El Monte, CA seeks an experienced Loan Operations Group Manager to lead multiple loan servicing functions, including residential, HELOC, SBA, and commercial servicing, while driving process improvements and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has extensive mortgage servicing expertise, strong operational leadership, and a proven ability to manage performance, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration across Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of mortgage loan servicing experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple teams or departments.
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage servicing operations.
• Experience with commercial lending and SBA servicing preferred.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, audits, and operational controls.
• Experience developing policies, procedures, and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of loan servicing platforms and systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple loan servicing and operations teams.
• Oversee residential mortgage servicing, HELOC, SBA, and commercial loan servicing functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and service-level objectives.
• Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Audit, and executive leadership teams.
• Manage staffing, performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, and employee development.
• Oversee Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and operational control frameworks.
• Respond to internal and external audits and implement corrective action plans.
• Review vendor performance and third-party servicing operations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
