Job summary

Guidance Residential, LLC seeks an experienced Senior Software Developer to support the Integra EPIC LOS. This 100% onsite role fixes, extends, and analyzes mortgage loan origination workflows from design through deployment in Reston, VA or the DFW area.

You will own integration development with REST/SOAP APIs, build BI reports (Power BI/SSRS/Crystal), and drive best practices in SDLC, testing, and documentation while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years in application development within financial services.
• Experience with mortgage LOS or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of C#/.NET, SQL, data exchange formats, and REST/SOAP.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain the Integra EPIC LOS to support origination workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and third‑party systems via APIs and secure file transfer.
• Develop BI reports and dashboards to monitor pipeline, production and compliance.
• Lead projects: gather requirements, size work, timelines and deliverables.
