Responsibilities

• Process mortgage loans from setup to closing by verifying borrower information in the processing system.
• Verify and analyze loan documentation including credit, income, appraisal and title.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and applicable systems.
• Maintain clear communication with borrowers to ensure a transparent loan process.
• Prepare closing statements and inform borrowers of payments and closing costs.
• Ensure underwriting conditions are received and cleared before submission.
• Provide exceptional customer service and meet closing deadlines.
