Inter is seeking a Mortgage Operations professional in Miami to manage mortgage loans from application to closing. You will ensure fast, complete, and compliant files while delivering a superior client experience for borrowers, many of whom are Brazilian or foreign nationals buying property in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in mortgage processing (3+ year).
• Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review completeness of borrower documents (income, assets, ID, property).
• Build and organize loan files for underwriting.
• Order and follow up on appraisal, title, insurance and other third parties.
• Keep borrowers, loan officers and internal teams updated on loan status.
• Make sure every file is complete, compliant and audit-ready.
• Help improve and automate processes, using AI tools in daily work.
