Qualifications

• Associated degree in mortgage field or related area.
• Four+ years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Willing to work holidays, some Saturdays, overtime, and flexible schedule.
• Fully bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage and consumer loan applications.
• Verify customer information provided.
• Analyze credit reports and payment history.
• Perform employment and income verifications.
• Submit detailed loan packages to underwriting.
• Coordinate with applicants, loan officers, title companies, and mortgage underwriters.
• Maintain detailed loan documentation from origination to close.
• Ensure loan files meet lending and regulatory guidelines and policies.
