What You’ll Do

• Work directly with borrowers to secure mortgage financing
• Manage the loan process from application to close
• Review credit reports, verify income, and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and sales teams
• Stay current on industry trends and Michigan lending regulations

Qualifications

• Active NMLS License (Required)
• 1+ Years of Previous MLO or LO experience
• Experience with FNMA, FHA, VA, or non-QM preferred
• Familiar with CRM tools and mortgage platforms (Salesforce, Encompass, etc.)
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and driven to succeed
