• Has a proven track record of originating and closing purchase and refinance loans.
• Builds and maintains their own client and referral relationships.
• Confidently structures loans, manages a pipeline, and guides clients from application through closing.
• Takes initiative, follows through, and brings solutions when challenges arise.
• Enjoys collaborating, sharing ideas, and celebrating success.
• Holds an active Colorado MLO license or can obtain one before starting.

You’ll work directly with clients, processors, and underwriting teams to deliver personalized lending solutions and a strong client experience.
