Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a high-performing Loan Officer ready to step into leadership without sacrificing production. You will lead a team, mentor peers, and scale your impact while staying focused on originating and driving business.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, mentorship, and growth with top-tier compensation tied to team performance. You will help scale beyond personal production, supported by dedicated infrastructure and a strong capital framework.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team while continuing your own production.
• Mentor and coach group personnel (a few hours per week).
• Recruit and develop talent on the sales side.
• Drive culture, accountability, and performance.
• Provide leadership without operational drag.
