Primary Residential Mortgage seeks a high-performing Loan Officer ready to step into leadership without sacrificing personal production. This role focuses on scaling impact by leading a team while continuing to originate and drive business.

You will mentor, recruit, and develop sales talent, driving culture and performance across the division. This is a leadership path that preserves income and expands influence through a dedicated operational infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front through production and example.
• Mentor and coach the team (a few hours per week).
• Recruit and develop sales talent for the branch network.
• Drive culture, accountability and performance across the team.
• Scale beyond personal production while maintaining strong origination results.
