Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a high-performing Loan Officer ready to step into leadership without giving up production. This role focuses on scaling impact by leading a team while remaining focused on originating and driving business.

You will lead from the front through production, mentor a group of loan officers, and help recruit and develop top talent on the sales side. The position emphasizes sales leadership, culture, and performance, with top-tier compensation tied to divisional

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)
