Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead DDA Analyzer implementations within Encompass, guiding discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live and post-launch support for mortgage lenders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Recent mortgage underwriting or senior processing experience.
PM certification (PMP, CompTIA Project+ or comparable) preferred.
NMLS licensure preferred.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies (preferred).
Prior mortgage technology, fintech, or SaaS implementation experience (preferred).
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 25–50%).

Responsibilities

Manage multiple client implementations from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.
Gather requirements and translate mortgage workflows into effective DDA/Encompass configurations.
Configure Income, Credit, Asset, and/or Audit Analyzers based on client underwriting guidelines and operational requirements.
Lead UAT, client training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Data Services.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, status reporting, documentation, and escalations.
Identify opportunities to improve or automate implementation and mortgage workflows.
